![]() I believe that there was another pool a little ways down from the main one which had a kiddie area - although, I can't speak of it personally but my husband took the kids one day. They are not huge but it was comfortable enough as far as being accomodating for the guests. The main pool area was nice - double pool, one with a nice waterfall. We stayed in building 3 Lily which was right across the main pool area. The bathrooms were roomy as were the rooms & living areas. The kitchen was full and had the necessary appliances. The good: There was a stack washer-dryer in each side. The rooms are not adjoining except for the entryway - for all three doors, you need a key - which made us a bit paranoid about locking ourselves out of a side especially with our 4 children. We exchanged for this property and stayed with our family of six and had a 2 bedroom suite - which was actually 2 of the rooms, connecting with a single entryway. If you can stay at the resort without participating in the OWNER'S UPDATE SCAM, great!!!! Just wish someone had warned me. ![]() When I pointed out their error, they didn't want to honor the discounted price. I went to purchase some and after they looked up in their system that I declined to buy into the timeshare, they wanted to charge me a higher price than what they advertised. I also received a sheet of discount show tickets when I arrived, outlining the tickets that the resort offered to their guests. The representatives told me that I wasn't eligible for the additional perks because I wanted the refund for the sold out Lion King tickets that I had bought. We sat there for an additional 15 minutes only for me to find out that they had sold me tickets to a sold out show!!!! I demanded my money back AND the other perks that was initially promised for my time for the update. Finally, they got the hint that I was not interested and sent me to the detention center - the section where the non interested people were sent to wait for their "gifts" that was promised for their time. After saying no 2.5 hours into the update, they brought out the "inventory manager" to try to sell me something and then off to another salesperson to convince me one more time to buy. The update turned into a 4 hour disaster of the salespeople trying to get me to buy more into the timeshare scheme. I was greeted with open arms at the front desk, offered discount tickets to the the Lion King show and was promised to get the tickets after an "owner's update and breakfast". OWNER'S UPDATE IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF VALUABLE VACATION TIME!!!! Just stayed at the Grandview 8/7 - 8/13. ![]()
